Como estou misturando Linux e Windows, acabei usando essa opção.
A única parte chata é que está sendo criado um arquivo na pasta com o nome "-comp=mingw".
Até aí, sem problemas, tenho meu "limpador" e acrescentei pra ele apagar esse(s) arquivo(s).
Isso acontece, por exemplo, neste comando: HBMK2 -sanitize *.prg
Isso foi pra deixar os arquivos no formato Windows.

É pra deixar o fonte no formato do sistema operacional, quanto a CRLF e outras coisas mais.
