Como usar a LIB do blinker 7 no harbour?

Amigos
Alguém teria a what32.lib para me passar? Tive um problema com meu computador e perdi vários arquivos, inclusive este, e meu sistema está parado nas atualizações só por conta disso. Desde já agradeço!

Não entendi.
O título é usar no Harbour, mas dentro do texto é usar no xHarbour.
Se for no Harbour, só usar a lib de compatibilidade existente no Harbour.
Mesmo assim, SwpRunCmd() é pra liberar memória, e não precisaria disso no Harbour e acho que também não no xHarbour.

What32.lib é uma lib velha que foi abandonada, só tem no xHarbour.
