[*] XML parsing procedure catch more errors and doesn't hang on them now.
[*] HTree, HTreeNode: bAction is renamed to bClick.
[+] nBorder variable added to HSayBmp class to draw the border, if needed.
[+] cFormName variable added to the HRepTmpl class to keep the path and name
[!] Few bugs and compile time warnings fixed.

Eu vou continuar com a minha 2.17 modificada, que até agora tem me atendido, inclusive acabei de criar um método novo na HComboBox, quem sabe no futuro me anime pra 2.21 r4

Pô, mas é dureza, no windows tem muito mais coisas funcionando e recursos.
Nem o designer funciona no Linux.
Mas, não tem jeito, a M$ parece que não quer mais fazer SO, virou balcão de negócios, vitrine.
