Vc ta linkando com a ct da para versão do clipper 5.3.
Lembrando a lib ct tem versão para 5.2 e 5.3.

lembrando também que com a o Clipper 5.3 vc só link para modo protegido e a CT.LIB é para modo real, vc tem que linkar com a CTP.LIB e do Clipper 5.3.
