Blinker 7 - Modo Real

Olá caros colegas, ultimamente ando cheio de duvidas e a seguinte é:
que mudanças devo fazer (além de Blin Exec Real) no meu .lnk abaixo para linkar em modo real, visto que com a seguinte conf. ao iniciar o sistema retorna erro (Unrecoverable error 5300)
