Por favor:
a hwgui.lib funciona para harbour, Xharbour e Xharbour Comercial ?
uso de cor no RichEdit já esta OK ? (via no forun postagem do asimoes reportando que não funcionava na versa 1.8)
para ter uma lib compatível com Xhb comercial basta GERAR a lib usando o Xhb ?

Tem o Harbour (Harbour, xHarbour, xHarbour comercial).
Tem o compilador C.
A LIB precisa usar o mesmo Harbour e o mesmo compilador C.
Se já estiver assim, ou puder ser gerada assim, é compatível.
