Fui alterar num cliente o my.ini
Parei o mysql, editei o arquivo pelo bloco de notas, ao reiniciar o serviço, mostrava reiniciando mas não terminava nunca.
Há algo diferente nisso ?
Notas:
Lembro do bloco de notas novo não ser mais limitado a texto comum
Windows Server - não reparei se equivalente W10 ou W11
Máquina Xeon 24 cores, 128GB RAM.

Já aconteceu comigo, dependendo do que foi alterado, precisei deletar os arquivos de log e em seguida, subiu o serviço.
Compilador xHarbour 1.2.3 + Embarcadero C++ 7.30
