Apareceu um pipino novo.
PERNAMBUCO
Na página do sintegra diz que obrigatoriamente tem 9 dígitos.
Mas ao consultar cadastro em Pernambuco, tem só 8 dígitos.
A solução foi acrescentar zeros no início.
Fiz a alteração, esqueci de avisar cliente, mas deve ter atualizado versão e ficou resolvido.
