HwGUI bug tracker and new release

[HwGUI support]

A new service started on HwGUI wiki site ( http://hwgui.altervista.org ) aiming to raise the HwGUI lib to new stable version.
A group of active developers is using a bug and enhancement request tracker trying to correct most of the problems that the users and developers of HwGUI will signal.
The hope is to release a 2.2.RC1 before the 15th of the current month and a 2.2 stable before the end of August.
During this period the developers will privilege the bug correction and, thus, the enhancement request will be taken in count in a second stage.
We'll much appreciate any contribution in HwGUI enhancement and any suggestion for better tuning this new starting service.
Any developer interested to partecipate this job will be added to the group after a request sent to address hwgui@altervista.org.
