Slightly smaller binaries, and even faster.
UPDATE: it requires PentiumPro CPUs or newer when

% changed optimization for mingw, it will now generate
smaller executables while running faster on modern CPUs
(by 5%+ on my C2D).
The new option will automatically adapt to CPU trends
(f.e. with the next release - gcc 4.9)
