É uma pergunta esquisita, mas fazer o que...
Estou com esse problema:
Está dando erro num APPEND BLANK.
NetErr() retorna verdadeiro.
Alguma idéia do que poderia ser?
O arquivo foi criado, o índice foi criado, no append blank dá erro.

Resolvido.
Removi o único flock() que existia no aplicativo.
Porque flock() passou a bloquear pro usuário atual?
Sei lá...
Agora que estou indo pro MySql com ADO, o DBF começa a dar essas coisas....

Não é editor, é a tela de debug, igual no Clipper e no Harbour.
