Correções importantes no Harbour hbwin

Bug, bem velho por sinal, que foi reportado recentemente.

A aplicação vai comendo memoria até dar um GPF! Acredito que todos nós usamos muito esses comandos.

    ! win_PrinterStatus() / XIsPrinter()
      fix another bad memory leak (similar to the previous one)
      present in the code since ~2003-09-23
      (its initial commit to xHarbour repo).
