Tentei o changelog, só achei isto:

* Updated: Added SET WINDOW MAIN OFF | ON command for compatibility with
Official HMG.
Usage:
SET WINDOW MAIN OFF
CreateSplashScreen()
SET WINDOW MAIN ON
DEFINE WINDOW Win_1 MAIN
Note: This command was introduced for compatibility only. It is not
recommended for using usually but may be useful in some cases.
