QR-Encode/Decode Atualização Hwgui 03/01/2025

Olá!
A Hwgui possue agora gerador de QR-ENCODE e QR-DECODE.
Fiz teste bem simples, para ver se funciona no Linux.

Usa DLL no Windows(? ainda não testei).
